Data protection

Privacy policy.

This page explains what personal data we collect on this site, why we collect it, who has access to it and how you keep control of it.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

1. Our commitment

We operate in line with the data protection regulations applicable in each of the countries where we work, and we apply the highest standard to all of our processing.

In practice, we do not look for whichever regime would be most favourable to us. For each topic we take the rule that is most protective of the individual, and we apply it to all of our processing, regardless of geographic origin.

Data protection is also our profession. We support our clients on these matters every day, and we hold ourselves to the same standard we recommend to them.

2. Data controller

The controller of the data described in this policy is Intervalle Technologies.

For any question about this policy or your data, use the contact form.

3. What data we collect

The personal data collected on this site is gathered mainly through the contact form on our pages. That form has the following fields:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Work email
  • Company
  • Phone
  • Your needs, a free-text, optional field

The site does not offer account creation and does not ask for a password. It sets up no profiling and no automated decision-making. The audience measurement described in section 8 is only activated with your consent and produces only aggregated usage statistics.

The free-text field is filled in by you. We invite you to include only what is useful for handling your request, and not to enter any sensitive or confidential information there.

If you subscribe to our publications, we additionally collect your email address, and only that. Subscription requires confirmation from you, and every mailing includes an unsubscribe link.

4. Why we collect it

We use this data for three purposes, and nothing else:

  • Respond to the request you send us
  • Get back to you to discuss your needs
  • Manage the business relationship that may follow

We do not sell, rent or trade this data. We do not use it for advertising, for targeting, or for automated decision-making.

5. On what basis

Two grounds combine. On the one hand your consent, which you give by voluntarily filling in and submitting the form. On the other hand the pre-contractual steps taken at your request, when your message concerns a service you are considering entrusting to us.

You are never required to provide this data. Not filling in the form has only one consequence: it makes it impossible for us to reply to you.

6. Who has access

Access to your data is limited to what is necessary:

  • Our internal sales teams, who handle your request and follow up on the exchange
  • Our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, to which contact-form submissions are routed
  • Our email delivery platform, only if you subscribe to our publications, and then for your email address alone

These providers act as processors. In other words, they process the data on our behalf, on our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Using this kind of service may involve hosting or accessing the data from a country other than the one in which it was collected. This situation is appropriately governed by contract, so that the level of protection described in this policy follows the data wherever it is processed.

Outside this framework, we do not share your data with any third party, except where we are subject to a legal obligation to do so.

7. How long we keep it

We keep the data from the contact form for three years from our last exchange with you, a period we consider reasonable for a business relationship between professionals. Publication-subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe, which is possible at any time from any of our mailings.

Beyond that period, the data is deleted. If you ask us to erase it before then, we do so under the conditions described in section 9.

8. Cookies and third-party services

This site works without cookies by default. No audience-measurement cookie is placed until you have consented to it.

With your agreement, obtained via the consent banner shown on your first visit, we activate an audience-measurement tool that places cookies intended to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, source, traffic. You can decline just as easily as accept, and change your choice at any time via the « Cookies » link at the bottom of every page. As long as you have not accepted, this tool is not loaded and places nothing.

The site also uses a third-party web-font service for its typography, which triggers a request to that provider's servers when pages are displayed. This request allows it to know the IP address behind the call. We mention it for the sake of accuracy, even though no cookie is set through it.

9. Your rights

Regarding the data concerning you, you have the following rights:

  • Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Rectification — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
  • Erasure — request the deletion of your data
  • Restriction — request a temporary freeze on the use of your data
  • Objection — object to a processing of your data
  • Portability — retrieve your data in a readable, usable format
  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without having to justify it, without calling into question what was lawfully done before that withdrawal

To exercise one of these rights, send us a request via the site's contact form, stating the right you wish to exercise and the email address used when you first contacted us, so that we can locate your file. We may ask you for an additional element if a reasonable doubt remains about your identity, only in that case and without keeping that element beyond the verification.

We respond within one month of receiving your request. If the request is complex, this period may be extended and we will let you know.

If our response does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent for your situation.

10. Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection between your browser and our services. Access to the CRM is restricted to staff who need it as part of their duties, and relies on named accounts.

No measure makes processing invulnerable. We implement measures proportionate to the limited volume and nature of the data concerned, and we review them over time.

11. Contact

For any question about this policy, about the data we hold or about exercising your rights:

Use the contact form.

This policy may change, in particular if our processing changes. The date of last update appears at the top of this page.
