Business DevelopmentExperienced
Business Development Manager
Growing the client portfolio and winning new accounts across our full range of offerings.
The role
You drive Intervalle Technologies' commercial growth with regulated organisations — banks, insurers, telecom operators and the public sector — across our three business areas: cybersecurity and GRC, banking solutions and process automation.
What you'll do
Identify and qualify new opportunities with regulated clients
Build proposals with our cybersecurity, banking and automation teams
Run the sales cycle, from first meeting through to signature
Nurture relationships with our software and hardware partners
What we're looking for
Proven experience selling IT services or solutions in B2B
Managing and growing client accounts over time, in direct contact with the technical teams.
The role
You are the go-to contact for a portfolio of accounts and you grow the relationship once the first projects have been delivered. Our clients rarely come back for a single topic: you are the link between what they face and what we know how to do.
What you'll do
Handle the operational and contractual follow-up of your accounts
Spot new needs and propose the right offerings
Coordinate the audit, project and managed-services teams on your accounts
Track client satisfaction and resolve friction points before they grow
What we're looking for
Proven experience in account management at an integrator or software vendor
The ability to talk to business leaders as well as to a CISO
Rigour in follow-up and a sense of commitments kept
Supporting the communication and promotion of our offerings.
The role
You support the marketing team on content production and running our channels. The challenge is simple to state and demanding to meet: to make expertise that isn't naturally accessible clear for busy clients.
What you'll do
Produce and proofread content for our offerings and our website
Run our LinkedIn posts and our online presence
Help organise our events and webinars
Prepare sales materials with the teams from all three business units
What we're looking for
A background in marketing or communication
Clear writing in French and a good reading level in English
Curiosity about technical topics: cybersecurity, banking, data
Designing and building our own software and the applications delivered to our clients.
The role
We don't just integrate other people's software: we build our own, including the BAINC banking platform, and we deploy it at regulated clients. You take part in that chain, from scoping the need through to production release.
What you'll do
Design and develop features for our products and our client projects
Take part in design reviews and code reviews
Build in security and traceability requirements from the design stage, not after the fact
Support production releases and ongoing operational maintenance
What we're looking for
Proven experience developing business applications
Testing and code review as a reflex, not a constraint
An awareness of the demands of regulated environments
Integrating and operating the security solutions deployed at our clients, from proof of concept to ongoing operations.
The role
You integrate the security solutions we carry — IBM, Splunk, Fortinet, Symantec, Tenable, Rapid7 — at our clients, from proof of concept through to ongoing operations. These are regulated environments, where mistakes show and where good work shows too.
What you'll do
Design and prototype security architectures at the client
Deploy and configure the chosen solutions: SIEM, EDR and XDR, IAM and PAM, DLP, vulnerability management
Write the architecture documents and operating procedures
Ensure knowledge transfer to the client's teams
What we're looking for
Proven experience integrating security solutions
Mastery of at least one of the major market platforms
A taste for field work and client relationships
A vendor certification, or the will to earn one with us: we are an accredited training centre
Monitoring, triaging and escalating security alerts within our managed SOC.
The role
You are on the front line in our managed SOC. You monitor our clients' environments, triage alerts and trigger the response when it's needed. We hire at several levels for this role, from beginners learning the trade to seasoned analysts ready to take on more responsibility.
What you'll do
Monitor the alerts raised by the detection platforms
Triage those alerts and rule out false positives
Escalate confirmed incidents to higher-level analysts
Document each investigation and help improve the detection rules
What we're looking for
A background in cybersecurity or in systems and network administration
Solid fundamentals in networking, systems and log analysis
Rigour and method, including when the pressure rises
Beginners and experienced profiles alike welcome — we are an accredited training centre and we train our analysts in-house
Supporting our regulated clients on governance, risk analysis and compliance for their information systems.
The role
You support regulated organisations on their security governance, risk analysis and compliance, from the first assessment through to certification. Our clients operate in Europe and Africa, and therefore under different regulatory frameworks.
What you'll do
Run risk assessments and build the associated treatment plans
Support ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP, GDPR or Law 18-07 programmes
Write security policies and procedures
Prepare clients for their audits and certification assessments
What we're looking for
Proven experience in governance or compliance consulting
Knowledge of at least one major framework: ISO 27001, PCI DSS, NIST CSF
The ability to write clearly and to convince leadership
A PECB or ISACA certification, or the will to earn one with us

Learning & Development
You train with the people who train the market.
Intervalle Technologies is an accredited training centre and delivers official certification exams. Our consultants train with the same teams as our clients, on the frameworks they use on engagements.
An accredited training centre
Training isn't a budget line here, it's a business. We are accredited by five bodies and we train professionals all year round.
Official exams, in-house
We prepare and deliver the certification exams. Your certification path therefore doesn't depend on an outside provider and their schedule.
Trained by practitioners
The people who train you are the ones who audit, integrate and monitor at our clients. You learn the topics you practise, not next to them.
Cybersecurity and GRC, banking solutions, automation and data: our three business units often serve the same clients. Internal mobility isn't a promise made at an annual review, it's a consequence of how we're organised.
The same client, a different angle
A bank you audit on the security side is sometimes the same one whose core banking we deploy. Moving to another business unit doesn't mean relearning everything.
Expertise that reinforces itself
Compliance informs banking, banking feeds automation, automation brings back security questions. Skills flow because the topics flow.
A trajectory, not a box
Your path is built with your manager, based on your skills and your ambition. The three business units are open routes, not separate corridors.
